As an HBA member, you are part of a community of professionals committed to helping each other learn and advance in today’s competitive environment. Through Regional Chapter participation, HBA membership:

• Provides young professionals with the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues during the HBA CONNECTIONS Mentoring Program
• Jumpstarts the careers of industry newcomers with Pathways, an HBA forum for learning the ropes from seasoned colleagues
• Allows senior industry executives to explore leading practices and tackle challenges with other women at the HBA Executive Roundtables and breakfast events
• Encourages members to explore special interests with HBA affinity groups such as Women in Science and the Technology Network

The HBA provides diverse experiences that enrich the professional lives of members and help accelerate advancement along personal and professional pathways.
