Jun 2, 2009 - First Southern California HBA Group Mentoring Program Arms Women With Tools for Successful Relationship Building & Professional Growth The first group-mentoring program offered by the Southern California Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association proved invaluable for mentors and mentees alike. The novel group mentoring approach, based on a model successfully used by other HBA chapters, left the participants with a profound sense of the power—and rewards—of mentoring relationships.
