Jun 2, 2009 - First Southern California HBA Group Mentoring Program Arms Women With Tools for Successful Relationship Building & Professional Growth

The first group-mentoring program offered by the Southern California Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association proved invaluable for mentors and mentees alike.  The novel group mentoring approach, based on a model successfully used by other HBA chapters, left the participants with a profound sense of the power—and rewards—of mentoring relationships.

Kicking off a three-part mentoring and leadership series, executive coach Judi Glova led a workshop focusing on emotional intelligence (EI) and how it can help create better leaders, build stronger teams, gain greater organizational commitment, and improve job satisfaction—ultimately, positively impacting an organization’s bottom line.
