“Building on Your Mentoring Momentum” was the theme celebrated at an October 7 dinner meeting that marked the culmination of a nine months’ group mentoring pilot program. Launched by the HBA Metro Chapter at the beginning of 2008, the pilot program was designed to connect a small group of women from various areas of the healthcare industry who sought the benefits of a mentoring relationship and the ability to expand their network within HBA.
